How do I grant notification access permission?
Go to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Notification access, then find Chaitanya Alert and enable it.
Why aren't my custom sounds playing?
Make sure the sound file exists and is accessible. Check if the contact name matches exactly, including spaces and special characters.
Can I use regex patterns for group names?
Yes! Enable the regex option when creating a preference. For example, use '.*Group$' to match all names ending with 'Group'.
